Breezy, in the low 70's, the bamboo leaves are russlin' it is lovely out.
I got several replies to my SOS sent to yahoo begonia group regarding the leaf burn and discoloration on Cloe and Fred and the wilting on My Good Friend.
The wasn't a clear consensus on the leaves but one responder suggested that i re pot the Rex, with a moisture control soil, and find a place with no direct sun.
Otherwise, the joint is starting to jump! The pulmaria is sending out a lot of new shootlets both from the side of existing stalks and from the base of the plant itself. The flame vine and passion fruit vines are looking robust. The new bird-of-paradise is unfolding new, large leaves.
